Entire collection is sold in solid 14k white, yellow, or rose gold. If you have a specific request for platinum or 18k gold, please contact customer service at support@laylagjewelry.com for pricing.

Payment

All orders are 100% prepay prior to jewelry being dispatched. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and are fully insured for the total value of the package. Due to the contents, signature will be required upon delivery.

By checking the disclaimer box verifying your address, Layla G Jewelry is not responsible for any address typos once shipped. Should you realize there was an error in your order, please email support@laylagjewelry immediately and we will make every effort to update to the correct address.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Layla G Jewelry as every piece is custom made. That said, please contact us with any questions you have about scale/sizing, finishes, gemstones or anything else prior to completing your purchase as all sales are final and cancellations, changes, or returns are not permitted.

If your custom piece arrives defective, please contact customer service at support@laylagjewelry.com immediately so we can quickly rectify the situation.

Should you need to return a piece purchased from an outside retailer, please contact them directly as we are only able to assist with purchases made directly from our website.

Repairs

Please contact customer service at support@laylagjewelry.com for all repair inquiries. Please include your name, item description, photo of damage and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair request.

Turnaround time for repairs is 2-4 weeks.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Gifts

Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase and are only valid at LaylaGJewelry.com. They will not be accepted at any of our retail partners. Layla G Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
